We offer shipping anywhere in the US.  A variety of shipping options are available and will be quoted depending on the item.

We want to be your choice for unique Home Furnishings and gifts your friends and family will love to receive. 
Make sure there is a clear path large enough for the furniture to be placed in your home. Please take the time to measure and make sure your new furnishings will fit exactly where you want them to be placed. Your Sanctuary associate will review a pre-delivery checklist with you prior to your delivery.
Let us know when you arriving and we will have your merchandise ready and waiting for you. Make sure you bring a vehicle that has adequate storage capacity. Inspect all your items prior to leaving. If a picked up item has a defect contact us within 48 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the defective item to Sanctuary. We assum no responsibility for unsafe loads or damages that occur during transportation in the customer’s vehicle.
These items are sold as is and no refunds, exchanges or returns are offered. A 50 %  nonrefundable deposit is required  on special and custom orders. 
Once the following items have been delivered or picked up, no refunds, exchanges or returns  are allowed on rugs, accessories, wall decor, lamops and lighting, pillows and throws. All bedding including sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, comforters and duvets.
All new merchandise, unless otherwise specified, can refused at the time of delivery or pick up. Once the merchandise is delivered the customer has two days to exchange or return based on the following guidelines;
Exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and returns a 30% restocking fee. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Products must be returned in their original packing materials and in like new condition. All exchanges and returns must be authorized by Sanctuary Home & Gift.
Delivery and Installation fees are not refundable for exchanges or returned items.
Sanctuary offers a 30 night Promise of Satisfaction which allows one comfort exchange on the mattress for another mattress of equal or greater value. The Customer must sleep on the original mattress for at least 21 days. It takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface. A mattress protector must be purchased to exchange a mattress. Exchange fees are as follows twin $100, full or queen $!50 and king $200. The original delivery fees are not refundable and there will be a new non refundable delivery charge to deliver the new mattress and pick up the old.
Damages on Delivery - Sanctuary reserves the right to replace or repair the item to like new condition.
Expressed or Implied Warranties - all warranties are Manufacturer warranties, they are included in the product packaging. Manufacturers reserve the right to service their own products. Manufacturers may provide warranty service directly to the consumer at their discretion.
